Job description

Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized nonprofit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking staff to support the care of residents and operations at their assigned recovery house. We offer flexible scheduling with openings for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Employee Package includes*:

Job Duties for a Recovery House Technician include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with residents to fulfill recovery plans, support successes, assist with referrals, and link residents to appropriate supports.
  • Ensure the safety of the recovery house and residents.
  • Complete documentation as required.

Qualifications for a Recovery House Technician:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with people with disabilities, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, adults or related field
  • Have and maintain excellent driving record
  • Good organizational skills, working knowledge of computers and willingness to apply skills a plus
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
