Now Hiring: Case Manager

Highland Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to support individuals on their journey toward recovery and independence. If you're passionate about behavioral health and making a meaningful difference, we'd love to have you on our team.


What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and manage individualized care plans.

  • Connect residents with medical, behavioral health, educational, vocational, and community resources.

  • Provide counseling, life skills training, and recovery-focused support.

  • Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Transport residents to appointments and community activities as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field, or at least 2 years of mental health experience.

  • Sumer camp counselors and anything related to childcare

  • 1 or more years work experience in entry level position

  • Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, and Community Care Licensing regulations preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

  • Valid driver's license (if driving is required).

  • Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance, TB screening, and health clearance.
