• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions by utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a cohesive approach to care that encompasses all client needs.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing the necessary support and resources to foster a nurturing home environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

You will primarily work with patients who are facing challenges related to substance abuse and addiction. Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and stages of recovery, each with unique stories and pathways. Your role will be crucial in guiding these clients through their challenges and towards achieving sustainable recovery.

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Specialized training in addiction counseling is preferred, along with knowledge of the evidence-based practices applicable to substance abuse treatment.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate clients toward their recovery goals.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working in substance use treatment settings, particularly with clients experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote client engagement strategies.
• Experience in developing family education programs or facilitating workshops focused on addiction recovery is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
