Job Description:
Job Summary
This role is to provide operational support to Institutional Advancement focusing on customer service, office administration, data entry, event support, and professional communication. The Office of Institutional Advancement handles a diverse group of constituents from the community as well as Alumni, Friends and Corporate Partners from across the country.
Duties:
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and providing front desk support
  • Copying, scanning, and distributing documents
  • Preparing mailing labels
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Maintaining organized records
  • Assist with thank you calls to donors
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:
