This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the internal creative studio and the end-to-end production workflows that support marketing initiatives. The are responsible for aligning cross-functional stakeholders, optimizing processes and systems such as Monday.com and PageProof, and ensuring efficient execution of content creation from concept through final delivery. The position leads studio personnel, manages production resources and external partners, and serves as a key partner to marketing leadership in driving operational excellence, scalable processes, and high-quality creative output that supports organizational goals. Part process and traffic manager, part creative leader - this role is critical to ensuring all deliverables are captured for product launches and marketing campaigns.

• A passionate visual creative with an organizational knack for production. You understand the value of studying/testing product, location scouting, building budgets, crafting shot lists and writing a pre-pro book — before even thinking about personnel, gear, or picking up a camera. You obsess over the consumer experience and are proactive, collaborative, persuasive and dedicated to honing your craft and keeping studio members on the same page for creative consistency.
• Oversee end-to-end content production operations, managing multiple concurrent projects from concept through production, post-production, and final asset delivery to support downstream marketing and commercial use.
• Manage the traffic flow of all projects and bandwidth through the entire process - from intake of the project to assigning it to a team member to managing it through production, post production and final review/edits.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders and the Product Marketing Team to ensure strong creative briefs are created. Lead weekly touch base meetings keeping all owners updated on project developments around production and timelines.
• Manage studio operational planning, including oversight of production resources, equipment investments, and external production expenditures.
• Lead the internal creative studio, managing and mentoring photographers and videographers to ensure collaboration professional growth, and high-quality creative output.
• Guide creative development by presenting concepts, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring final deliverables align with brand standards, marketing objectives, and audience needs.
• Maximize production value by identifying opportunities to extend content utility across multiple channels, campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Oversee vendor and external partner relationships, including freelancers and agencies, to ensure work is delivered within scope, timelines, and budget expectations.

• Proficiency managing and allocating annual budgets as well as managing agencies and outside vendors.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high degree of accuracy and clarity

Physical Demand Requirements

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. For all jobs no one should lift over 50lbs on their own. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Travel Requirements

This role has an annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 . In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Klein Tools Inc. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and location. In addition, Klein Tools offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and company performance.
