Icebox Studios is looking for full-time Studio Managers. Icebox is an upscale athletic and therapeutic spa specializing in innovative cold therapy. We work with clients who are looking for athletic recovery, wellness, natural pain management, and beauty using cold therapy.  We are seeking Studio Managers who are keen on driving sales and service excellence. The Studio Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the Wellness Coordinators and Estheticians. This critical position must have a solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence. The manager will promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle. This leader must possess a high-caliber approach to coaching and staff development. 
COMPENSATION  Salary + Commission 
STUDIO MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create a culture of transparency and focused improvement while fostering a strong team environment. 
• Promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.
• Pose a high-caliber approach to coaching and staff development.
• Properly manage and exceed all Icebox sales and operational budgets. 
• Provide leadership and daily direction to the Wellness Coordinators and Estheticians.
• Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)
• Oversee the sales process and front desk systems.
• Hire, train, and schedule all studio staff. 
• Manage, monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of staff. 
• Manage disciplinary actions involving all Icebox studio employees.
• Adhere to Icebox policies for daily studio operations. 
• Develop a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
• Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
• Create relationships with guests to further personalize their experience.
• Educate guests on memberships and products.
• Enforce Icebox corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
• Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues.
• Ensure that the studio is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the business.
  • Regularly meet and exceed assigned revenue goals. 
  REQUIRED SKILLS & TRAITS
