Job description

Position Overview


Spark Fitness is looking for a dependable, hardworking Sales/Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is efficient, takes pride in being organized, enjoys talking to people, and enlightening our clients on how we can help them with their wellness goals. The other part of the position is making sure that operations run smoothly.


As an Assistant, you’ll help prepare customer orders, package products, and transport supplies between our production facility and studio. Then to FedEx for non-local orders


Responsibilities


  • Assist with the production and preparation of customer orders.
  • Pack and organize orders for pickup and delivery.
  • Deliver products and supplies between the production facility and studio.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • Help manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Perform other production and operational tasks as assigned.
  • 150 calls a day to current clients or warm leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • . Teach a new client orientation class (this is not a workout)
  • Co-host our twice-a-week Zoom call (this is super fun)
  • Work Mon to Thursday from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm; Sat 9am to 5pm

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable car.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds while walking up and down steps.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
  • An interest in health, wellness, and fitness, and already looks the part
  • Own an iPhone to use the production app.
