Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Occasional overtime as business needs require

Overview

Lead daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, safety, and team performance. This hands-on role supervises Warehouse Associates, maintains inventory through NetSuite or a similar ERP system, and improves warehouse efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What you will do
  • Lead receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory adjustments
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and develop Warehouse Associates while promoting a safe and productive work environment
  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain organized storage, labeling, barcode locations, inventory records, and warehouse documentation
  • Coordinate facility organization, maintenance, and equipment upkeep
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment and support cross-functional teams as needed
Leadership and systems
  • Manage receipts, transfers, adjustments, cycle counts, physical inventories, item records, and reports in NetSuite ERP or a similar system
  • Develop and improve procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and inventory accuracy
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, ISO 9001/QMS standards, and company safety policies
  • Interpret part numbers, technical documentation, and product configurations accurately
Certifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred

What we are looking for
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience with at least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP or a similar inventory system preferred
  • Forklift and warehouse material handling equipment experience; certification or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus working knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and barcode scanning technology
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy and continuous improvement
Physical requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items with appropriate equipment
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
