Robotics Clinical Specialist - (Indianapolis, IN) (Evergreen)

As a field based Robotics Clinical Specialist, you will work at the intersection of advanced joint reconstruction technology and sales execution, partnering closely with surgeons and sales leaders to win in highly competitive markets.

What will you be doing?

Serving as the operating room expert for CORI robotic assisted knee and hip solutions, providing hands on case coverage for new and existing customers
Driving adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology in partnership with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams
Supporting product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives within your territory
Training surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments
Identifying commercial opportunities, generating leads, and contributing directly to territory revenue performance
Representing Smith+Nephew at labs, in services, and medical education events

What will you need to be successful?

2 or more years of experience in medical device sales or operating room based commercial roles
Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment strongly preferred
A competitive, results driven mindset with the ability to influence in high pressure operating room environments
Proven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders
Post secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight travel
