About Us

Paul Davis Restoration of North Dallas is a member of a national franchise organization that cleans up and repairs damage from storms, fire, water, mold, and other disasters. We work on commercial, institutional, and residential facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area using the highest quality tools, practices, and technology available to return properties to pre-loss state.

At Paul Davis Restoration of North Dallas our clientele are primarily insurance adjusters but may also include community business owners, property owners, etc.


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Professional to manage and supervise residential and commercial insurance reconstruction projects in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. This is a high-level customer-facing position requiring professionalism, financial accuracy and an uncompromising drive to exceed client expectations. Excellent communications skills, a positive attitude and a high sense of urgency are a must.


Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Maintain focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service to property owners.
  • Inspect damaged property and have a full understanding of the scope of work
  • Review budget, work orders & estimates before the start of every project.
  • Manage multiple projects and execute repairs "on schedule and under budget"
  • Manage customer service, project documentation, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Document work, supplements and change orders
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
  • Work alongside our Estimators to facilitate collaboration and communication during the restoration of residential and commercial projects.
  • Work closely with the Coordinators to ensure that all documents and administrative matters relating to active jobs ensuring the restoration is done timely, efficiently, and safely.
  • Handle correspondence with insurance providers and property owners.
  • Follow all program and TPA guidelines.
  • Review all estimates pertaining to the restoration portion of the assigned jobs.
  • Build partnerships to improve performance with vendors and subcontractors.

Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum 3 years related experience, having existing sub-contractor base is a plus
  • Visibly apparent “Customer-First” skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and be part of successful team.
  • Proven successful project history (Quality, Schedule, Safety, and Cost)
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Xactimate & Claims Workspace (Symbility) experience
  • Insurance reconstruction work a plus


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Valid Driver’s License and Clear MVR
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to pass drug test


Compensation

  • Salary range $65,000-$75,000
  • Quarterly Bonus - this is a variable % based on aggregate gross margin %
