Job Summary
 We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in Third-Party Administrator (TPA) programs to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for generating accurate, timely, and competitive estimates using industry-standard software. This role is crucial to ensuring that insurance claims and reconstruction projects are scoped efficiently and align with both carrier guidelines and company expectations.  

Responsibilities 
  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive estimates for mitigation and reconstruction projects using Xactimate or other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Mitigation Managers, and other internal teams to ensure accuracy in project scopes.
  • Ensure estimates comply with TPA program standards, guidelines, and timelines.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and homeowners to ensure proper documentation and scope approvals.
  • Perform onsite inspections to validate damage assessments and capture critical data for accurate scoping.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage updates and revisions in XactAnalysis and other TPA portals to ensure claims remain compliant.
  • Track adjustments, supplements, and approvals to support final invoicing and project closeout.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in the restoration industry as an estimator.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate and familiarity with industry pricing and practices.
  • Proven experience working with TPA programs and knowledge of insurance claim processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to conduct site inspections as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within DASH, XactAnalysis, or other restoration management software.
  • Knowledge of IICRC standards for mitigation and restoration practices.
  • Ability to interpret insurance policy language and adjuster guidelines effectively.
