Your Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader for complex reconstruction projects, overseeing all phases from initiation to closeout. You will be the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will:

  • Lead multiple, large-scale reconstruction projects from start to finish
  • Champion jobsite safety with inspections, compliance enforcement, and culture-building
  • Oversee quality control, field operations, and subcontractor performance
  • Develop and manage detailed budgets, schedules, and construction estimates
  • Drive effective client communication and build long-term partnerships
  • Represent Reconstruction Experts at client meetings, inspections, and community engagements
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and field team members
  • Monitor risk management, contract compliance, and change orders

What You Bring:

  • 5โ€“7+ years of construction or reconstruction experience, including managing complex, high-value projects
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word Revu Bluebeam, and Outlook
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills
  • Experience with Design-Build delivery methods (preferred)
  • High School Diploma (required); College Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Must be willing to travel regionally
  • Must be comfortable in a hybrid project management role, including occasional onsite supervision and project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills required.
  • Must have buyout experience managing projects exceeding $10 million.
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Project and creating CPM schedules.
  • Proven experience managing projects in Procore.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Technically inclined and computer literate.
