• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate virtually with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care and improve patient outcomes.
• Engage in regular case reviews and peer consultations, utilizing video conferencing technology to enhance understandings and strategies within the care framework.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and available community resources, utilizing online communication tools effectively.

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population consisting of individuals in need of detoxification support. Your role is to provide empathetic and effective therapy to those facing challenges related to substance use and mental health co-morbidity. It is essential to approach each case with cultural competence and sensitivity, recognizing the varied backgrounds and experiences of your clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, with a focus on substance use disorders.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, effectively adapted to a remote delivery model.
• Strong communication skills to build and maintain trust with clients in a virtual format.
• Excellent critical thinking abilities to navigate challenges present in a remote care environment.

Experience in working with detox facilities or similar environments is preferred, as is a familiarity with the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems. Demonstrated expertise in providing remote psychotherapy through telehealth services will be beneficial in this role.
