We are seeking a skilled Automotive Reconditioning Technician to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing vehicles to meet our quality and safety standards, ensuring each car is ready for sale or delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy, efficiency and teamwork.  Come join our team!

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Perform mechanical inspections and diagnose issues on pre-owned vehicles.
  • Complete mechanical repairs, including brakes, tires, batteries, fluids, and more.
  • Ensure all vehicles are safe and retail-ready.
  • Work efficiently to meet reconditioning timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in automotive repair or reconditioning.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
