Responsibilities

  • Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles that were collision damaged, as well as old and new vehicles.

  • Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.

  • Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.

  • Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.

  • Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.

  • Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.

  • Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.

  • Other duties as assigned such as lot and facility type of maintenance. 

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment producing work production
  • Positive attitude and can-do mentality

  • Facility experience a plus such as mechanical equipment as a/c, car wash, seasonal appearance of our lot and facility to give the best customer experience. 
  • Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Must pass drug test 
  • Ability to work full time with a rotating schedule to support the operation of 8AM -7PM Mon. - Fri. with a rotation of Saturdays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Standing/walking for short distances: up to entire work shift on hard surfaces.
  • Sitting: Up to 1/4 of work shift including in vehicles
  • Carrying: frequently, up to 20 pounds for up to 200 feet; occasionally, up to 50 pounds for up to 20 feet.
  • Lifting: frequently, up 50 pounds; occasionally, up to 100 pounds.
  • Pushing/pulling: frequently, up to 50 pounds force.
  • Bending and twisting: frequently, to access all areas and parts of vehicles.
  • Squatting/kneeling: occasionally, on hard and soft surfaces.
  • Climbing: occasionally, ladders to six feet.
  • Reaching above shoulder height: frequently.
  • Hearing capability adequate to interpret vehicle noises for diagnosis and proper operation.
  • Sight adequate to perform duties, operate vehicles, and identify shop conditions and hazards.
