As a Paintless Dent Repair Technician, you will:

Perform Paintless Dent Repairs:
Repair door dings, creases, hail damage, and minor body dents using specialized PDR tools while preserving factory paint.

Assess Vehicle Damage:
Inspect incoming vehicles during the reconditioning process and determine whether dents can be repaired using PDR or require conventional body repair.

Support Recon Workflow:
Work closely with the recon manager, body shop team, and detail department to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the reconditioning process.

Quality Control:
Inspect repaired panels under proper lighting to ensure the highest quality finish with no visible distortion or imperfections.

Safely operate and maintain PDR tools including rods, glue pull systems, tap-down tools, and specialized lighting.

Provide repair assessments and timelines to recon leadership to support effective inventory management.
