We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Automotive Detail Department Manager to lead our detailing team during the night shift. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced automotive environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the automotive detailing department from 6 PM to 2 AM, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the shift
  • Coordinate with daytime managers to discuss work overflow and ensure seamless transition and continuity of service
  • Monitor and oversee rapid recon processes for existing work to maintain quality and timeliness
  • Assign and supervise floor cleaning duties, ensuring the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standard
  • Oversee the entire department’s daily activities, including staff management, workflow scheduling, and quality control
  • Address any operational issues promptly and communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper use of detailing supplies and equipment
