Job description

Job Title: Fluid Reclamation Specialist

Basic Job Functions:

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX® brand for the construction market, TRUFAST® for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFASTWalls® for exterior building envelopes and facades. The Fluid Reclamation Specialist is responsible for the collection, processing, recycling, and proper disposal of industrial fluids used in manufacturing operations. This role ensures fluid systems are maintained efficiently, safely, and in compliance with environmental and company standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains the coolant recycler unit.
  2. Maintains the briner, waste tank for solid waste, clean tanks regularly, over all general maintenance.
  3. Take care of and gives counts on incoming and outgoing solid waste barrels.
  4. Take care of the recycling oil and where it is and what we have.
  5. Fluid reclamation duties of manufacturing machinery.
  6. Follow and perform tasks given via Asset Essentials.
  7. Keeps inventory of soaps and defoamers and lets me know when we are low and how much to order.
  8. Cleans and maintains sump suckers
  9. Cleans and maintains the bulk wastewater tanks.
  10. Run the floor scrubber (both) on a regular basis (Ambas, Conventional, isle ways).
  11. Runs magnet in parking lot and through departments.
