Job description

Responsibilities:
 
1. Prepare and cook breakfast items according to standardized recipes and established procedures.
2. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all breakfast dishes.
3. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
4. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
5. Assist in menu planning and recipe development for breakfast specials.
6. Monitor food inventory and notify the Head Chef of any shortages or discrepancies.
7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques.
9. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
 
Requirements:
 
1. Proven experience as a  Line Cook or similar role.
2. Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and menu items.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
