Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) Developer to design and develop advanced analytics solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing Lightning components, and utilizing Salesforce tools to create effective analytics that provide actionable business insights.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable CRM Analytics solutions using Salesforce Einstein Analytics, including dashboards, datasets, recipes, and lenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
• Develop and configure Lightning components to support interactive dashboards and UI customization.
• Write and maintain Apex code to support custom logic and backend processing within the CRM Analytics environment.
• Utilize SOQL and SOSL for querying, filtering, and transforming data as part of dataset and recipe creation.
• Manage and optimize datasets to ensure efficient performance and accuracy across all analytics layers.
• Build and automate recipes for data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards and lenses that deliver actionable business insights.
• Automate lenses and dashboard processes to ensure timely updates and minimize manual intervention.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI features, and relevant platform enhancements to bring innovation and intelligence to analytics solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) designing, developing, and maintaining advanced analytics solutions.
• Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) expertise
• Lightning components development and configuration
• Apex development
• SOQL & SOSL
• Dataset creation and management
• Dashboard and lens design
• Recipe creation and data transformation
• Automation of lenses/dashboards
• AI integration use cases within CRM Analytics
• Experience with predictive analytics or other Einstein AI features
• Salesforce DataCloud and AI
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics), including dashboard, dataset, lens, and recipe development.
• Proficiency in Lightning components development and configuration.
• Strong Apex development skills.
• Advanced knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Demonstrated experience in dataset creation, transformation, and management.
• Proven ability to design visually impactful and user-friendly dashboards and lenses.

• Skill in automating dashboards and lenses to reduce manual reporting tasks.
• Exposure to AI integration use cases within CRM Analytics.
