RECEPTIONIST
Professional services organization is seeking a Receptionist to support front-desk operations, visitor service, meeting coordination, and day-to-day office projects. Salary is $41-52k, DOE

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECEPTIONIST

  • The Receptionist will answer incoming calls and coordinate inbound and outbound packages
  • The Receptionist will greet visitors and assist with parking validation
  • Manage conference-room schedules, room setup, refreshments, and meal orders
  • Support administrative projects and other office needs as assigned
