Duration: 5-Month Contract

Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to provide front desk and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate has prior receptionist or administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while responding to general inquiries.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform data entry, maintain office records, and manage filing systems.
  • Scan, index, and organize documents using electronic document management systems.
  • Prepare reports, letters, forms, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and office coverage.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
