Description
Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused candidate for the position of Real Estate Administrative Assistant. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Real Estate Office while providing exceptional service to prospective buyers, property owners, and guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position generally scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates must also have flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays based on business needs and special events.
Benefits are available beginning on the first day of employment and include health, dental, and vision insurance; short-term and long-term disability coverage; life and AD&D insurance; Paid Time Off; and paid holidays. Associates are also eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) plan with Company match in accordance with plan eligibility requirements.
Essential Job Duties:
  • Performs receptionist duties including directing clients to agents, taking messages, and providing information as needed.
  • Creates a paper and digital record of all required forms, contracts, and licenses.
  • Communicates with attorneys, contractors, mortgage lenders, and all other professionals associated with real estate transactions.
  • Prepares client information packages.
  • Oversees the inventory of signs/directionals, and office supplies.
  • Assists Senior Director of Real Estate Services with lot combinations, Non-POA to POA transitions, and various other POA real estate related tasks.
  • Prepares marketing mailers and other various advertising projects.

Other Duties:
  • Communicates with other Departments for the effective dissemination of information and coordination of activities.
  • Maintains desk and lobby areas in a neat and organized manner.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by the Broker-In-Charge/Director of Real Estate Services.

Requirements
  • High School or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation.
  • Prior experience in a Real Estate or Attorney's office is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Must be able to endure long periods of sitting, standing or walking.
  • Will be occasionally required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance.
  • Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel.
  • Ability to drive vehicle for performance of job duties.
