JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors while managing essential administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Front Desk Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and clients upon arrival.
  • Phone Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning,
    and faxing.
  • Scheduling: Hotel accommodations, courier services, and maintain, clean, and organize
    the front desk and lounge areas.
  • Correspondence & Supplies: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; monitor
    and order office supplies.
  • Security: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and managing visitor
