Our rapidly-growing office is looking to hire a skilled front desk receptionist to join our practice. As patient coordinator, having a friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude is essential in promoting an enjoyable dental experience for our patients. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is a fast learner and can multitask while maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients. Our up-to-date office is completely paperless, so being proficient with computers is a must.
Dental Receptionist Responsibilities:

· Warmly greet patients who enter the office
· Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments
· Assist patients in filling out required forms
· Scanning in patient documents and uploading to computer
· Calling insurance companies to get breakdown of benefits and eligibility
· Collecting patient payments as needed
· Treatment plan coordination and ability to explain financial options to patients
Dental Receptionist Requirements:

· High school diploma
· Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and dental office operations *experience is required*
· Proficiency or ability to learn dental practice management software
· Dentrix/Dexis experience is preferred but not required, willing to train on job 
· Superior customer service, handling phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a professional manner
