We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face and voice at our client's office. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing receptionist duties, supporting administrative functions, and upholding strict client confidentiality. If you excel in a professional business environment, possess strong technical skills, and can deliver elevated, concierge-style customer service, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Greeting and announce visitors promptly in a friendly and businesslike manner
  • Perform additional administrative duties as requested
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception desk and front lobby area
  • Collaborate closely with the client's staff to support front office operations
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
  • Take accurate and thorough messages for staff members who are unavailable
  • Order food for Client and employees, for Meeting and luncheons
  • Monitor the conference calendar for 10 conference rooms
  • Provide concierge-style service to visitors and staff, anticipating needs and delivering thoughtful solutions.
  • Support the coordination of company events, catering, and client hospitality needs.
  • Serve as first point of contact for basic IT and AV troubleshooting in the reception and conference areas (Wi-Fi, video conferencing, printers, monitors

Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year of work experience, preferably as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • Previous experience in a client service field is preferred
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Capable of handling complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing 40 lbs. or more
  • Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages using a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods of time.

The Compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 24.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
