PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will orchestrate a luxury relaxation experience andoutstanding customer service. Your duties include greeting guests/visitors,checking them in and out of spa, processing payments, making reservations forspa, and answering inquiries. The receptionist is also responsible forretail center and sales.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accurate, courteous, and efficient check-in and check-out of spa guests.
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
  • Provide information for guests and visitors about our spa and hotel's amenities.
  • Schedule spa reservations.
  • Tracking of retail (commission structure/incentives).
  • Restocking and inventory of retail.
  • Assistance to the Spa Director.
  • Monitor basic cleanliness of spa.
  • Close retail sales and make changes accurately when needed.
  • Serve complimentary beverages to guests.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY

  • Willingness to learn our booking and operational software.
