Infiniti of Lexington is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that is looking for a great opportunity to join an amazing work family!

Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet customers in a very professional manner.
  • Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Assisting work family as needed.
  • Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.
  • Must have working knowledge of computers for scheduling and data entry.
  • Other light duty work requested by management

Requirements:

  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor and attire
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • Impeccable attendance and promptness
  • Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, from 4pm to 7pm, and some Saturdays, from 7:30am to 5pm
