What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests warmly, build personal connections, and anticipate their needs
  • Manage guest check-in/out, reconcile accounts, and handle cash or card transactions
  • Promote brand loyalty program and follow brand hospitality sales standards
  • Staff and maintain the market area, ensuring stock is organized and shelves are tidy
  • Record guest requests, special needs, early arrivals/late departures, and communicate issues 
  • Conduct property walk-arounds, report safety/security issues, and pick up trash or items needing attention
  • Assist with maintenance requests and coordinate with on-property maintenance as needed
  • Complete all required training and compliance tasks, including CPR and TIPS certification
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk, dry storage, and adjacent areas
  • Support smooth communication between all hotel departments
