    Options for Work Hours:

    8:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. or

    12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday.


    The Receptionist at our Ace Electric Headquarters is often the first face and first voice of Ace Electric, making this role an important part of the experience we create for our employees, visitors, candidates, customers, and community partners.The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and employees, answer and direct incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, provide directions and information, and help connect people with the right department or team member.


    Because this position sets the tone and represents Ace Electric from the moment someone enters our Headquarters, professional presentation is an important part of the role. The Receptionist is expected to follow an elevated business-casual dress standard that is conservative, modest, polished, and appropriate for a professional corporate environment.


    If you enjoy people, take pride in professionalism, and understand that a warm welcome can set the tone for someone's entire experience, we'd love for you to be the first face of Ace Electric.

    Position Requirements:

    • License: Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Background: Clean criminal background check required.
    • Experience: Customer Service or Receptionist experience preferred.

    Working Conditions:

    • Work in a climate-controlled office setting with a considerable amount of time sitting,using a telephone and computer.
