Receptionist
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external callers. This role supports HR/personnel functions, manages front desk operations, and ensures effective communication across departments This role reports directly to the Personnel/HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk operations
* Process employee call-outs and maintain attendance logs for temp and permanent staff
* Assist with onboarding, new hire communication, and employee documentation
* Maintain HR files, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication (verbal and written)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm
