Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized office records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks.
  • Give paper work to candidates, take copies of I.D.'s, and E-Verify
  • Input time from customers into Excel spread sheet every week
  • Coordinating with vendors to come in for maintenance issues
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • Experience with ADP would be preferred


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
