Receptionist | Temp-to-Hire

West Caldwell, NJ area | Fully onsite

Monday - Friday | 8am to 5pm

Summary

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors while providing administrative support to the office and sales team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests upon arrival
  • Perform data entry and order entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer support
  • Maintain organized files, records, and office documentation
  • Provide general clerical and office support as needed
  • Assist with daily office operations and team coordination
