Part-Time: Monday - Wednesday, 4pm - 8pm

Our Receptionists are responsible for:

  • Greeting all visitors.

  • Answering the telephone.

  • Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.

  • Providing administrative support to all departments on a as needed basis.

If you are someone with:

  • A High School diploma or GED

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred)

  • A Minimum of one year’s customer service experience.

  • Prior multi-line phone experience.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
