Receptionist wanted in Athens, TN for a local law office
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m
High School Diploma required - some college would be a plus
Receptionist must:

  • Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Be professional, friendly & courteous. Be professional in appearance and conduct
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Be able to answer phone professionally & take detailed messages
  • Have professional phone etiquette and the ability to multitask
  • Have the ability to greet clients
  • Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and email. Be able to learn and use legal software & case management system
  • Must be dependable & punctual
  • Have the ability to work well with attorney, paralegals, staff & clients
  • Have reliable transportation
