Job description

10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting entry-level Class A CDL drivers for regional routes east of the Mississippi. This position offers paid training, consistent miles, weekly home time for most assignments, and benefits effective at hire.

Compensation and workscope:

  • $1,600โ€“$2,000 per week (varies by experience and route). Weekly pay. Typical mileage: 2,500โ€“3,000 miles/week.
  • No-touch dry van freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads.
  • Late-model Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Benefits and training:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match after eligibility; paid time off and holidays; company-paid life and AD&D insurance; pet and rider policies.
  • Fully paid 3โ€“5 week training program for recent graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement; paid orientation and hands-on mentoring.

Key responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT and company policies.
  • Transport no-touch dry van freight, primarily drop-and-hook.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Recent graduates: minimum 120 hours of CDL instruction.
  • Satisfactory driving record.
  • Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
