We pride ourselves on blending hands-on site work, CAD modeling, and community-minded problem-solving. As we expand our Liberty office, we're launching a Civil Engineer Apprenticeship to grow local talent right here at home.
What You'll Do
• Support senior engineers in planning, design, and supervising earthworks, roadway, drainage, and utility projects.
• Assist with on-site surveying, staking, and inspections.
• Draft plans and technical documents in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or related tools.
• Help prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and project reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, local officials, and vendors.
• Attend team meetings; follow-up on assigned action items.

Requirements
• Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Civil/Construction Engineering or similar program.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
