The Mission
At Infinitus, our mission is simple: create time for healthcare by making access, adherence, and affordability easier than ever. We've automated over 7 million calls and 100M+ minutes of conversation - saving millions of hours for patients and providers.
Backed by over $100M from top investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue, we're a team that challenges the status quo and moves fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies and Business Insider's top startups in healthcare.
Your Role
We're looking for a Data Analyst to help guide the evolution of our analytical ecosystem, ensuring our data isn't just accessible, but deeply insightful and actionable across the company.
In this role, you'll be hands-on with complex data exploration, advanced modeling, and the translation of messy healthcare data into clear strategic narratives. You'll partner closely with our product pods and business leaders to solve high-stakes problems, while also helping define the standards for how we model metrics and validate insights. You'll bring modern practices to how we conduct deep-dive analyses and build scalable reporting, while helping other analysts and stakeholders level up their ability to work with data.
There are also opportunities to develop skills in AI-assisted analytics, analytics engineering (dbt), advanced experimentation design, and in-depth healthcare data governance, should these areas interest you.
Our team's mission is to deliver high-fidelity insights and intuitive data assets that empower our internal teams to make faster, more confident decisions when identifying product opportunities, troubleshooting operational bottlenecks, and measuring our impact
Your Impact
Build Analytical Capacity: Create the frameworks, metric standards, and shared methodologies that empower partner teams to self-serve and unlock new, scalable use cases for insights.
Shape our Analytical Rigor: Help define our standards for hypothesis testing, experimentation design, and statistical validation. You'll own the best practices for how we interpret data and ensure "truth" remains consistent as we grow.
Drive Strategic Decisions: Partner with leaders to turn complex data into a clear path forward, providing the insights that help us decide what to build next and where to invest our resources.
Uplift the Craft: Help partner teams design better experiments, interpret data more accurately, and ship better insights through technical guidance, documentation, and training.
Scale the Insight Loop: Expand and maintain automated reporting, alerting, and validation processes that ensure we can monitor performance and identify trends with total confidence.
Ensure Governance by Design: Integrate rigorous data integrity, privacy, and compliance standards into the analytical workflow, ensuring our insights are as secure as they are actionable.
Your Skillset
5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, with a track record of tackling complex problems and delivering high-stakes insights.
Deep fluency in SQL, with the ability to write sophisticated, maintainable queries that serve as a foundation for reliable analysis.
Strong proficiency in Python or R for advanced data manipulation, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing.
Comfortable exploring ambiguity and translating open-ended business questions into well-defined analytical solutions.
Expertise in analytical methodology, including statistical validation, optimization models, and the ability to interpret trends within messy, multi-source data.
Hands-on with modern visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex, Tableau, or Looker) to build intuitive data assets and clear narratives.
Mastery of communication, specifically the ability to translate technical findings into a clear path forward for product teams and executive leadership.
Excited to help others grow in their use of data and level up the team's collective analytical rigor.
