Overview:
Title: Senior Data Scientist - Supply Chain Management
Location: Deerfield, FL (Onsite 3 days per week)
Type: 12-Month Contract
Overview Seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in supply chain management and proven success in developing and deploying machine learning models into production environments. This role will directly impact demand forecasting, optimization, and logistics planning within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models using the Microsoft technology stack (Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Synapse Analytics).
  • Collaborate with architects to deploy ML models into production, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Apply advanced analytics to solve complex supply chain challenges, including demand forecasting and operational optimization.
  • Communicate insights effectively through data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Python and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle Databases.
  • Hands-on expertise with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms, data warehousing solutions, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with supply chain optimization tools and methodologies, ideally within the automotive industry.
