What You'll Do
Ownership ofmerchandise flow processes, including inspecting and receiving new merchandise,entering data into inventory managementsystemand stockroom organization.
Partnering with Garnet Hill Corporate,overseeinventory levels, ensuring that the storeis adequately stocked with the correct product.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkageand ensure inventory accuracy
Activelyparticipatesas floor service leader byfacilitatingan energized pace, positive service environment, communication of daily sales goals and key metricsthat drives store demand
Assure all areasof the storemeet companysafetystandards of cleanliness andprovide asafe workand shoppingenvironment.
Support and improve retail sales and profitability by creating the most amazing place to work and shop by deliveringexceptionalguest experience.
What You'll Bring
1-2years of shipping and receiving management experience inaspecialty retailindustry, preferred
