Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Management
  • Oversee all daily shipping and receiving operations for parts and materials
  • Inspect, verify, and process incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
  • Prepare, pack, label, and schedule outbound shipments accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized warehouse/storage areas and ensure proper inventory control
  • Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and update records in the system
  • Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams regarding part availability and order status
  • Manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery confirmations
  • Resolve discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages promptly

Driving & Delivery/Pickup Duties
  • Safely operate company vehicle to deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from suppliers or other locations
  • Plan efficient routes for daily deliveries and pickups
  • Load and unload parts carefully, securing cargo properly
  • Obtain signatures and complete delivery/pickup documentation
  • Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers during deliveries and pickups

Additional Duties
