Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Job Summary:
Shipping Clerkโ€™s responsibilities include recording every detail of our orders, shipping and receiving, from packing items into containers to labeling and stocking them. They are also accountable for ensuring that each package gets shipped and stocked correctly and timely to avoid missing deliveries or lost items.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ordering and receiving prosthetic and orthotic items.
  • Obtain and process product orders and receive in our EMR.
  • Receive, register and distribute packages and letters within the company.
  • Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items.
  • Inform appropriate staff for incoming items.
  • Keep accurate files of goods shipped and received.
  • Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
  • Handle issues arising in ordering, shipping or inventory handling.
  • Ensure adherence to our process and procedure.
  • Proven work experience using data entry.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: โ€‹
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to lift items and containers.
  • Flexibility to work different hours throughout the week as needed.
