What You'll Do

  • Ownership ofmerchandise flow processes, including inspecting and receiving new merchandise,entering data into inventory managementsystemand stockroom organization.

  • Partnering with Garnet Hill Corporate,overseeinventory levels, ensuring that the storeis adequately stocked with the correct product.

  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkageand ensure inventory accuracy

  • Activelyparticipatesas floor service leader byfacilitatingan energized pace, positive service environment, communication of daily sales goals and key metricsthat drives store demand

  • Assure all areasof the storemeet companysafetystandards of cleanliness andprovide asafe workand shoppingenvironment.

  • Support and improve retail sales and profitability by creating the most amazing place to work and shop by deliveringexceptionalguest experience.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2years of shipping and receiving management experience inaspecialty retailindustry, preferred

  • Availability toworka flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Proficiencyusing Microsoft Word, Excel,Outlook, and POS systems.

  • Ability to be mobile on thesales floorand stockroomfor an extendedperiod of time.

  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium tolarge items, up to 50 lbs.

  • The successful candidate must be a dynamic leader, strategic thinker, and highly motivated.
