Summary

The receiving clerk is responsible for the receiving, reconciliation and distribution of all incoming supplies and equipment delivered to the Cancer Center.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience using material handling equipment
  • Has strong organizational skills
  • Has good customer service skills / telephone etiquette
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has experience in Mobile Supply Chain (MSCM)

Responsibilities:

  • Receipt & Reconciliation of product and equipment delivered to the Cancer Center.
  • Delivery of products and equipment.

Credentials and Experience:

Minimum Experience Required

  • Minimum of one (1) year receiving experience directly involved in receiving operations within a healthcare facility, medical durable goods management, educational facility or similar supplier/distributionbusiness.
  • Use of material handling equipment.
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred Experience:

  • (1) year working specifically in Healthcare Receiving department is preferred (may be inclusive of otherexperience). Minimum of one (1) year experience with vendor management software and in-person (customer service) interactions preferred. Specific Workday entry preferred.

Salary Range

$16.91 - $24.64
