Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator & Inventory Specialist to manage incoming materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure our installation teams have everything they need for successful projects.
This role is critical to our operation. The ideal candidate enjoys organization, inventory management, and creating efficient systems. This position also offers opportunities for advancement as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inventory Management
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
  • Verify received materials against job specifications and project layout forms
  • Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials to the Installation Manager
  • Track incoming materials and maintain accurate inventory records using Google Sheets
  • Photograph and document materials when needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages before they impact production
Job Staging & Warehouse Organization
  • Label and stage materials for upcoming installation projects
  • Organize materials on warehouse shelving and designated staging areas
  • Track job-specific materials to ensure crews have everything needed before installation
  • Maintain records of surplus materials, extra panels, accessories, and inventory stock
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Break down pallets and dispose of packaging materials
Warehouse Operations
  • Support warehouse improvement projects and storage systems
  • Assist with building and maintaining organized inventory processes
  • Work closely with the Installation Manager to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy
  • Help maintain a professional, organized workspace that supports installation success
Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Sheets is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and inventory items simultaneously
