Job description

We’re hiring an Inventory Control Clerk for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
• Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk
• Location: Northeast Houston
• Pay: $22 - $23 DOE
• Hours: M-F 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm with flexibility to start early or work late
• Duration: Temp to Hire
• Description of Duties:
  • Maintain accurate inventory. Enter and manage data in inventory systems while coordinating with receiving, sales, and management. Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and assist with inventory audits and reporting. Support receiving operations as needed, including verifying incoming shipments and documentation
• Requirements:
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong math skills, including the ability to add/subtract inches and feet and convert between feet and inches. Computer skills with basic Excel, with the ability to learn new software systems and manage email communication. Willingness to cross-train in receiving and demonstrate strong attention to detail, patience, and organization
