HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK IN MINOOKA, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team in Minooka, Illinois. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to support shipping and receiving operations by coordinating freight, managing vehicle check-ins, and ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments follow established procedures. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 2nd shift schedule, full time hours

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Welcome Center log of commercial and private vehicle arrivals and departures
  • Verify inbound and outbound trailer seals for accuracy and security
  • Check drivers and visitors in and out while providing professional customer service
  • Coordinate freight activities and follow all shipping and receiving procedures
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding shipping or facility issues
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to freight processing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support warehouse operations and complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
