Job Description We're hiring a Receiving Coordinator to support the movement, organization, and tracking of materials. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable staying active throughout the day, and enjoys working with people. You do not need a college degree or years of warehouse experience.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn. What You'll Do Receive and process incoming packages, boxes, samples, and materials Scan and track items using established systems and procedures Organize and deliver materials to the appropriate departments and locations Work directly with vendors, employees, and internal teams to help locate and coordinate materials Maintain organized storage areas and ensure materials are easy to locate Move boxes, pallets, packaging materials, and other items throughout the facility Assist with loading and organizing materials for outgoing shipments Use carts, dollies, and other equipment to safely move materials Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with cardboard, recycling, and other material disposal Perform other hands-on tasks as needed to support daily operations What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable and comfortable working independently Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable interacting with vendors, employees, and internal teams Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and equipment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being on your feet and working in an active environment Ability to lift and move materials up to approximately 50 pounds, with team lifting when appropriate Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or similar experience is helpful, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred; college degree not required #IND1
