SUMMARY

The Warehouse/Distribution Associate coordinates warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, inventory movement, and material handling activities. This position works closely with the Production Manager to ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. 


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma/GED with 3years experience in a warehouse setting or similar industrial experience; Valid NYS driver's license and maintain a driving record in accordance with our Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned: 

  • Coordinates shipping and receiving activities to ensure the timely movement of materials and finished products.
  • Loads, unloads, transports, stores, and stages materials using warehouse equipment and established safety procedures.
  • Collaborates with the Production Manager to maintain the efficient flow of materials throughout production operations.
  • Prepares and maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to support accurate warehouse operations. 
  • Operates agency vehicles for product transportation and provides support in other production areas as needed.
