A little about the position:

Job Summary

Maintain shipping charter for all responsible product lines. Lead SRW department to achieve all corporate goals and KPI's. Responsible for all training and safety related activities within the department.

Some of What You Will Do:

  • Lead daily shipping & receiving schedules (pick-ups & deliveries). 
  • Lead, operate LTL, UPS, FedEx, et al daily and as needed.
  • Oversee stock waves in system 21 or current ERP. 
  • Verify shipping on time for all product lines. 
  • Maintain warehouse safety and organization. 
  • Responsible for internal and external customers 
  • Maintain all receipts. 
  • Lead forklift operations as an operator, as well as team operators
  • Oversee proper forklift prevention, predictive and ongoing maintenance. 
  • Sustain respective stocking programs. 
  • Organize RMA call tags and templates. 
  • Assist in Cycle Count program. 
  • Assist in Yearend Physical Inventory 
  • Lead in maintaining and reporting scrap
  • Train/lead all SRW employees 
  • Roll out system 21 changes, or current ERP for SRW employees. 
  • Conduct daily SRW safety briefing/meeting with staff.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

  • Must have high school diploma or GED with 3 years shipping and warehouse experience. 
  • Data entry skills with great attention to detail 
  • Ability to read shipping labels and compare order to documents.
  • Must be able to do heavy lifting. 
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data. 
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status. 
  • Forklift license  
  • International shipping experience a plus
  • Experience creating bills of landing.
  • Able to work overtime when required.
